They are amazingly easy to make, but the ingredients are a bit spendy, which is probably why they cost so much at the bakeries.
We’re eating some peach sauce tonight with dinner–I’m saving the applesauce for a night in winter when I really can’t find a great apple. You know how it is when you bite into an apple that has no taste :(
